外食からはじまる地域共創
「Hokkaido Global Community」参画のお知らせ

北海道では、人口減少や人手不足が進行し、外食をはじめとする地域の基盤産業の持続的な成長が大きな課題となっています。
こうした中で、観光・物流・医療・介護・建設・外食など、道内の多様な企業が協力し、外国人財の採用から教育・生活支援までを一体で支えるプラットフォーム「Hokkaido Global Community」が発足しました。

この取り組みは、サツドラホールディングス株式会社のグループ会社である株式会社サッポロドラッグストアーが運営するリージョナルインキュベーションスペース「EZOHUB」を中心に、教育・生活支援・雇用創出の各分野で専門企業が連携しながら推進するものです。
APRグループはその中で、外食業界の現場を担う企業として、外国人スタッフの雇用・育成・生活定着支援に取り組む役割を担っています。

私たちは、「飲食店」を単なる職場ではなく、人が出会い、学び、地域とつながるコミュニティの場と捉えています。
多様な国籍や文化を持つ人々が安心して働き、暮らし、学び続けられるように支えることは、外食企業としての責任であり、地域社会の未来をともに創る一歩だと考えています。

APR Group joins the “Hokkaido Global Community” initiative

APR Group has joined the Hokkaido Global Community, a new platform that comprehensively supports the recruitment, education, and daily life of foreign human resources through collaboration among companies and organizations across Hokkaido.
From the perspective of the food service industry, we aim to create a sustainable foundation where people can work, learn, and live together with the local community.

Background and Purpose

In Hokkaido, population decline and labor shortages have become serious challenges, threatening the sustainable growth of key regional industries such as food service, tourism, logistics, healthcare, and construction.
In response, companies across various sectors have united to launch the Hokkaido Global Community—a platform designed to support foreign workers throughout their entire journey: from employment to education and daily living.
This initiative is led by EZOHUB, a regional incubation space operated by Satsudora Holdings Co., Ltd., in collaboration with experts in education, living support, and employment creation.
Within this framework, APR Group plays an important role as a representative of the food service industry—focusing on the hiring, training, and long-term retention of foreign staff at the workplace level.
